We strive to ensure the workmanship of our tradespeople lives up to your expectation. Our goal is always your 100% satisfaction, however, we understand that there can be rare occasions where our work doesn't meet the expected standards.
On these rare occasions we will come out and rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
Due to the nature of certain works or repairs, such as drain blockages, we are unable to provide the 12-month labour guarantee.
When we source & supply materials & parts for your job, they are usually covered by a guarantee or warranty with the manufacturer, not with us.
Manufacturer's warranties usually guarantee replacement or repair of faulty goods within a fixed period, which is usually 12 months but can vary.
